The lock pillar or b pillar is stamped steel like the original. It is the rear pillar that the door latches to on the birdcage. It is spot welded to the rocker channel. This is for the coupe pillar, which is unique compared to the coupe because it does not have the captured nut plate for the convertible top frame.
