This product is based off the Kent-Moore tool that is used to check GM car windshield fitment. Windshields in C2 Corvettes are undersized from their openings and these spacers are designed to take up that space. I redesigned this tool to allow the user to check the windshield opening for damage with the green set and the red and blue set can be used to get the exact shape of the windshield frame. This allows the user to accurately capture the shape of the frame so they can rebuild it and maintain the same dimensions after repairing it. Check out my video below for more detailed instructions.
This set includes 6 green blocks, 6 red blocks, and 2 blue blocks. This kit should have everything that you need to accurately capture the dimensions of your Corvette windshield frame.
